The ARC Spandrel Barrier effectively closes off the upper section of the shared wall cavity, enabling the attainment of a zero U-value when combined with the vertical installation of the ARC T-Barrier. Positioned between the upper portion of the party wall’s masonry and the under surface of the spandrel panel, the Spandrel Barrier is compressed to establish both a fire-resistant and thermally insulating barrier.
