TN563 is a versatile PVC foam tape suitable for both uncompressed applications, such as acoustic or dust seals, and when compressed at 30%, it functions as an effective air or weather seal. However, it should not be utilised in continuously submerged applications, and for optimal performance, the tape must be maintained under a minimum 30% compression to ensure a proper seal.
