Loft Insulation

Properly insulating your loft helps maintain a consistent indoor temperature, keeping your home warmer in winter and cooler in summer.

For between joists, loft roll insulation is the most common solution. It is easy to install and provides excellent thermal performance. Brands like Knauf, Isover, and Thermafleece (a premium eco-friendly loft roll) are suitable for various thicknesses and applications.

When insulating near eaves and soffits, care must be taken to ensure ventilation is maintained to prevent condensation buildup. Foil-backed insulation from brands like Actis and SuperFOIL can enhance thermal performance while helping meet Building Regulations.
