We put this on the walls of a garage because we were losing heat from a room into a garage. Easy for an amateur to cut and shape and has transformed the room. Temperatures up and sustained where previously the room temp would drop rapidly if heat was off.
It seems to stick to the foil side of the insulation board but not so well over wood or other surfaces, would try a slightly thicker roll next time
