Marmox MSP360 Adhesive & Sealant is best suited for use in construction and refurbishment projects where a strong, flexible, and waterproof bond is required. It is ideal for fixing Marmox boards, shower bases, and other building materials to a wide range of surfaces, including damp or non-porous substrates. Formulated with advanced polymer technology, MSP360 provides excellent adhesion, even under water, and cures to form a highly durable, permanently elastic seal. It can also be used for sealing joints, filling gaps, and bonding materials in areas exposed to vibration or movement. Suitable for both interior and exterior applications, Marmox MSP360 is a versatile all-in-one solution for bonding and sealing tasks in wet or dry environments.

How is it installed?

• Ensure surfaces are clean, sound, dry and free from grease, dust, oil or contamination.
• Cut cartridge seal, attach nozzle and apply as appropriate (for bonding: vertical beads ~20 cm spacing; for sealing: fill joints).
• For bonding applications, support the item during curing (typically ~24 hours) before loading.
• Tool the sealant/adhesive where required and finish before skin forms (~10 minutes).
• Store cartridges correctly (+5 °C to +25 °C) and use within shelf-life.

Is MSP360 compliant with environmental/health standards?

Yes. It complies with GEV requirements and carries EMICODE class EC1PLUS (very low emissions). It’s odourless after curing and free of isocyanates

What materials/substrates is it compatible with?

MSP360 bonds and seals a wide range of substrates:

• Non-porous materials like glass, metal, stainless steel, anodised aluminium, ceramic, porcelain.
• Polystyrene, PVC/PVCu, wood, concrete, brick/masonry. 

It is not recommended for certain substrates without prior testing—these include PE (polyethylene), PP (polypropylene), PC (polycarbonate), PTFE, waxed or soft plastics, neoprene, bituminous surfaces.
