Description

SilentWool Floor is a 3mm thick Sheep Wool Insulation roll designed to reduce impact noise between the finished floor surface (such as laminate, solid, or semi-solid wooden floors) and the subfloor (like concrete or OSB boards). The wool layer acts as an intermediate cushion, absorbing vibrations and significantly reducing footfall noise by 50%. It improves impact sound reduction by up to 21 dB. SilentWool Floor rolls are 1 meter wide and 25 meters long (covering 25m² per roll). It is 100% pure wool with Ionic Protect® treated wool for durability and come with a breathable paper layer for easy installation and added protection. The product is compatible with underfloor heating systems.
