Breather Membranes

Breather membranes help protect building structures from external moisture while allowing water vapour to escape. The right product depends on whether it will be used in a roof, wall or floor construction, along with the water resistance, breathability and fire performance required.

Popular options include Novia UV Facade FR for UV-resistant protection behind open-jointed cladding, Kingspan Nilvent for unventilated pitched roofs and timber frame walls, and Tyvek HouseWrap for protecting wall structures while allowing moisture vapour to escape.

Browse our range below and compare breather membranes by application, vapour resistance, water resistance, fire classification and roll size to find a suitable product for your project.
