Description

The Siderise Reinforced Aluminium Joint Tape – 120mm x 45m Roll is a foil-based jointing solution for construction insulation systems.
Manufactured from a 30-micron dead soft aluminium foil with a UV-resistant acrylic adhesive, it provides a reliable seal when used with rigid insulation boards and mineral wool.
The adhesive is protected by a release paper to maintain performance until installation.

This tape is commonly applied in the sealing and jointing of insulation materials to improve the continuity of thermal and acoustic performance. It can be cut to size using scissors or a knife for straightforward application.

Siderise RFT120 has been incorporated into multiple fire resistance and reaction to fire tests alongside Siderise cavity barriers and firestops, including EN 1364-4, EN 1366-4, BS 8414, NFPA 285, and BS 476-20.
