• This makes it ideal for structural floors, commercial slabs, or situations with heavy equipment or traffic.

Are there any limitations or things to watch?

• As with all XPS boards, fire performance must be considered in the building context; insulation boards alone may not satisfy all fire regulations unless detailed appropriately.
• Board edges and joints must be carefully handled to avoid thermal bridging or gaps.
• While moisture-resistant, detailing to prevent prolonged immersion or poor drainage is still required in design.
